Quality of Life Changes

The main player-facing improvement in Patch 1.0.6.0 is expanded task search support.

Search Tasks by Name

You can now search for tasks directly by name on the side task and operational task screens.

Search by Objective

Task search also works with objective text, which should help when you remember what you need to do but not the exact task name.

Search by Location

Location-based search makes it easier to filter tasks tied to specific maps or areas.

Search by Trader

You can also search by Trader, making task cleanup and progression planning more convenient.

Patch 1.0.6.0 includes fixes for weapon overheating, floating weapons, incorrect audio, UI issues, and MSGL animation behavior.

Fixed an issue that caused weapons to overheat too quickly on Streets of Tarkov in certain cases.
Fixed an issue where weapons could remain suspended in midair after a player's death in certain cases.
Fixed the incorrect female voice audio in The Lab.
