Escape from Tarkov

Tarkov Maps Guide

Learn every Escape from Tarkov map with quick links for extracts, loot routes, quest areas, boss spawns, landmarks, and interactive map tools.

Why Map Knowledge Matters

Knowing where you spawned, where players rotate, and how to extract is one of the biggest survival upgrades in Tarkov.

Maps decide your raid plan

There are several strong community-made online maps for Escape from Tarkov, and they make learning each location much easier. Use them to check extracts, loot spawns, quest areas, boss locations, hidden stashes, and common routes before or during raids.

The more familiar you are with a map, the easier it is to avoid bad rotations, recognize dangerous areas, plan safer loot paths, and survive with quest progress.

Simple beginner rule

Learn extracts first, then learn landmarks, then learn loot and quest routes. A good raid starts with knowing where you are and how you plan to leave.

How to Learn Tarkov Maps

Use these habits to make each location easier to understand and less overwhelming.

Learn extracts first

Before chasing loot or PvP, learn where your extracts are and what conditions they require. Surviving the raid matters more than finding one good item.

Use landmarks

Every Tarkov map becomes easier once you recognize landmarks like roads, towers, rivers, buildings, power lines, and major loot areas.

Check quest locations

Many deaths happen because players run into quest areas without knowing the common angles, spawns, and traffic routes nearby.

Filter your map tools

Interactive maps are most useful when you filter for what you need, such as extracts, quest items, keys, stashes, bosses, or loose loot.

Best Overall Advice

Do not try to learn every Tarkov map at once. Pick one location, learn its extracts, run a few safe routes, then add loot spots, quest areas, and PvP hotspots over time. Map knowledge compounds quickly, and even basic landmark awareness can turn confusing raids into planned routes.
